Budgeted cost of work performed (BCWP) – it is the sum total of all the varying budgeting factors of the work completed and the level of input in terms of effort. BCWP determines the total overhead work done, miscellaneous and major expenses involved in the project till the prescribed date. The process involved here requires the calculation of each individual tasks and summarizing it into aggregate levels of analysis.
